Veterans Motorsport Training Center
(VMTC)
VMTC is the result of a cooperative effort between Josh White Racing and Warriors2Racers.
The center provides veterans the opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge required for:

ASE Maintenance and Light Repair (MLR) certification

Racecar fabrication
-
Metalwork/welding
-
Team operations
-
Sponsorship management
-
Driver concepts/theory
Training is combined with motorsport opportunities under the W2R driver and crew development programs and the Josh White Racing program.
All classroom instruction is virtual and is maintained by W2R on an external site.
In-person training is held at the Josh White Racing facility in Cabin Creek, WV.
Individuals who complete the full ASE Certification course load in under 1 year also receive their initial toolset upon graduation (an approximately $1000 value).
Course cost varies depending on a number of factors including veteran benefits utilized - in most cases, final cost to the veteran is zero.
Courses can be purchased "a la carte" or bundled depending on student interest
Who can attend:
The school is open to the general public however priority student placement and heavy discounts are provided to veterans and underprivileged high school graduates.
VMTC internships are open to veterans and underprivileged high school graduates only.
